  1. Pipeline measurement

  對于圓形通風管道,使用卷尺或游標卡尺測量其內徑或外徑。測量內徑時,將卡尺的卡爪伸入管道內部,測量相對兩點之間的距離;測量外徑則直接在管道外側進行測量。若管道較長,可在多個位置進行測量,取平均值,以確保測量結果的準確性。通過精確測量得到的尺寸數(shù)據(jù),與標注規(guī)格進行對比,判斷管道是否符合要求。

  測量矩形通風管道時,分別測量其長、寬和壁厚。長和寬的測量較為簡單,用卷尺沿著管道的邊緣測量即可;壁厚測量則需要借助游標卡尺,在管道的邊緣處選取多個點進行測量,因為管道壁厚可能存在一定的誤差,多點測量能更準確地反映其實際壁厚情況。將測量結果與標注信息核對,從而區(qū)分不同規(guī)格的矩形通風管道。

  鍍鋅鋼板管道:表面有明顯的鍍鋅層,呈現(xiàn)銀白色金屬光澤,且?guī)в幸?guī)則的鋅花圖案。用手觸摸表面光滑平整,硬度適中,敲擊時會發(fā)出清脆的金屬聲。鍍鋅鋼板管道耐腐蝕性較好,常用于一般的通風換氣系統(tǒng),如建筑的新風系統(tǒng)、空調送風管道等。

  不銹鋼管道:外觀光亮,顏色比鍍鋅鋼板更白亮,表面無鋅花。不銹鋼管道硬度高,耐腐蝕性極強,尤其適用于潮濕、有腐蝕性氣體的環(huán)境,如廚房油煙排放管道、化工車間的通風管道等。通過觀察顏色、觸感以及硬度等特性,可區(qū)分鍍鋅鋼板和不銹鋼材質的通風管道。
