通風(fēng)風(fēng)管在房屋建筑中是不能缺乏的。制做和安裝管路時(shí)，要遵循一定的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，以保證完工管路的一切正常應(yīng)用，減少常見故障幾率。生產(chǎn)制造和安裝時(shí)要遵循什么標(biāo)準(zhǔn)?

1、風(fēng)管的生產(chǎn)制造和安裝應(yīng)依照設(shè)計(jì)圖、合同書及有關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)范的要求開展。一切變動(dòng)須附帶設(shè)計(jì)方案或合同變更通告或技術(shù)性準(zhǔn)許簽證辦理。

2、風(fēng)管系統(tǒng)軟件工程施工前，施工企業(yè)應(yīng)與施工單位、建設(shè)單位、總承包單位、設(shè)計(jì)方案企業(yè)等開展融洽。對(duì)風(fēng)管等管路的部位邁向，查驗(yàn)預(yù)埋孔的安裝狀況等。工程施工應(yīng)與土建施工和別的技術(shù)技術(shù)工種相融洽。
2. 3、風(fēng)管制做與安裝常用板才、鋁型材及其其他關(guān)鍵制成品原材料，應(yīng)合乎設(shè)計(jì)方案及相關(guān)產(chǎn)品我國(guó)執(zhí)行標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的要求，并應(yīng)該有原廠檢測(cè)合格證實(shí)。原材料入場(chǎng)應(yīng)按我國(guó)現(xiàn)行標(biāo)準(zhǔn)相關(guān)規(guī)范開展工程驗(yàn)收。
3. The raw materials of common plates, aluminum profiles and other key finished products used in the manufacture and installation of air ducts shall meet the requirements of the design scheme and relevant products' Executive Standards in China, and shall be verified by the inspection of the original factory. The project acceptance of raw materials shall be carried out in accordance with China's current standards and relevant specifications.
4、制成品通風(fēng)管道須有相對(duì)應(yīng)的企業(yè)資質(zhì)證書，包含關(guān)鍵原材料的材料資格證書、風(fēng)管的抗壓強(qiáng)度和密閉性測(cè)試報(bào)告(非金屬材料風(fēng)管還須給予消防和環(huán)境衛(wèi)生實(shí)驗(yàn)的合格匯報(bào))。
4. The finished ventilation duct must have the corresponding enterprise qualification certificate, including the material qualification certificate of key raw materials, the compressive strength and tightness test report of air duct (the non-metallic air duct must also be provided with the qualified report of fire control and environmental sanitation test).
5、風(fēng)管生產(chǎn)制造應(yīng)首先選擇環(huán)保節(jié)能、機(jī)械自動(dòng)化的生產(chǎn)加工技術(shù)性。

6、風(fēng)管生產(chǎn)制造安裝常用的檢測(cè)儀器和測(cè)試儀器應(yīng)處在合格情況并在合理檢測(cè)期限內(nèi)。

7、裝修隱蔽工程的風(fēng)管在隱敝前需經(jīng)工程監(jiān)理工作人員工程驗(yàn)收及認(rèn)同簽證辦理。
