二、抱箍式連接

抱箍式連接每一管段的兩端軋制成鼓筋,并使及一端縮為小口，安裝時(shí)按氣流方向把小口插入大口,外面用鋼制拖箍將兩個(gè)管端的鼓筋抱緊連接用螺栓穿在耳環(huán)中固定擰緊。

插接式連接主要用于矩形或圓形風(fēng)管連接,先制作連接管然后插入兩側(cè)風(fēng)管再用自攻螺釘或拉柳釘將及緊密固定,用特制軟卡把軟管箍緊。螺旋風(fēng)管經(jīng)濟(jì)，在同等管徑下，螺旋風(fēng)管加工的板厚能夠降低10%—15%。其能夠降低造價(jià)，并且在吊裝時(shí)，效率要比矩形風(fēng)管的高一倍左右。在同等板厚和管徑下，螺旋風(fēng)管的強(qiáng)度更高。在同等截面下，螺旋風(fēng)管的結(jié)構(gòu)張力更加合理，剛性更好，因此能夠大大降低噪音和震動(dòng)。
